Orders fulfilled incorrectly by ourselves will be collected and exchanged at no cost to the customer.

For orders that have been placed incorrectly by the purchaser, the cost of shipping back to our company is the responsability of the customer. We are able to quote on a case by case basis to arrange our courier to collect the goods, the usual charge for this is £10 for the first parcel and £5 per additional parcel (excluding VAT) to be collected. (Additional charges apply to certain areas of the UK) All returns are at the discretion of the company and authorisation must be obtained before sending any goods.
